These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vaultly receipt and warranty tracking service (the "Service") provided by Vaultly ("Vaultly", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Vaultly. You are entering into a binding agreement with Vaultly. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Vaultly lets you store digital receipts, track warranties, set reminders, and generate related reports. Features may evolve over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the receipts, documents, images, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Vaultly a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Vaultly and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms, available at lemonsqueezy.com/terms. Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.
We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for a reasonable export window before deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and Vaultly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vaultly is a record-keeping tool and does not guarantee that warranty claims will be accepted by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaultly's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Vaultly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify Vaultly against claims arising from Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vaultly is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
