30-day annual plan money-back guarantee

Vaultly offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual Pro subscribers only. To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the annual Pro purchase date recorded for your Vaultly account.

Monthly Pro subscriptions are not included in this money-back guarantee. They can still be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals.

How refund requests are handled

Vaultly subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. If an annual refund request is eligible, Vaultly support reviews it and processes the money movement through Lemon Squeezy.

How to request a refund

Sign in with the Vaultly account that purchased the annual plan, then submit the request below. Vaultly checks that the subscription is annual and still inside the 30-day window before sending the request to support.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Lemon Squeezy. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country, including the EU/UK right of withdrawal where applicable.
