Start here for the most common Vaultly tasks, then contact us below if you still need help.
Click Add Receipt, upload a photo or PDF of the receipt, then fill in the item name, store, purchase date, and amount. You can optionally set the warranty duration so Vaultly can calculate the expiry date and schedule reminders. When the details look right, save the receipt to your vault.
When you save a warranty, Vaultly automatically creates reminder notifications before the warranty expires. Free users receive in-app reminders on the Reminders page, while Pro users can also receive browser push notifications after enabling them on the device or browser they want to use.
Open your Profile page and choose the upgrade option. Vaultly offers monthly and annual Pro pricing, while the Free tier lets you start storing receipts at $0.
Open the Reminders page first to review your in-app notifications. If you are a Pro user expecting push notifications, make sure push is enabled in the specific browser or device where you want to receive them.
You can cancel from the Profile page under subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your data is never deleted when you cancel.
Vaultly offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual Pro subscribers only. Sign in and open the Refund Policy page at /refunds to submit a request; monthly plans are not included in this guarantee.
The free limit applies to lifetime receipts ever created, not just the receipts currently stored in your vault. Deleting receipts does not reset the count. Upgrading to Pro removes the limit immediately.
